# Changing Header Image

> Learn how to change the header image on your MineStoreCMS Default Theme. Follow the steps to update the header image.

## Introduction

We have provided a default header image for the MineStoreCMS Default Theme. You can change the header image to your custom image to give your webstore a unique look. Follow the steps below to change the header image on your webstore.

## Changing Header Image

To change the header image on your webstore, follow the steps below:

1. **Log in to Admin Panel**: Log in to your **Admin Panel**.
2. **Navigate to Theme Settings**: Navigate to the **Themes** tab and select the theme you want to edit.
3. **Scroll Down to Header Settings**: Scroll down to the **"Header Settings"** section.
4. **Upload Header Image**: Click on the **"Upload Header Background"** button to upload your custom header image.
5. **Save Changes**: Scroll a bit down and press the **"Save Changes"** button to apply the changes.

<Warning>
  **Keep in mind!** Header image should be in **JPG** format (or other one if you have changed the header image format in the theme code) and it **takes up to 5 minutes** to update the header image on your webstore due **cache**.
