# Whitelist

> Whitelist is a feature that allows you to whitelist a customer in your store.

## Whitelist

**Whitelist** is a feature that allows you to whitelist a customer in your store. You can **whitelist a customer by username or IP address**.

  When a customer is **whitelisted**, they **will be able** to place orders on your store no matter what chargeback rate they have.

## How to Whitelist a Customer

1. Go to **Customers** > **Whitelist**.
2. Click **Whitelist a New User**.
3. Enter the **username** or **IP address** (`IPv4` or `IPv6`) of the customer you want to whitelist.
4. Enter the **reason** for whitelisting the customer (optional).
5. Click **Whitelist User**.

## How to Remove a Customer from Whitelist

1. Go to **Customers** > **Whitelist**.
2. Find the customer you want to unwhitelist.
3. Click **Delete Icon**.
