# PayNow FAQ
> Frequently asked questions about PayNow Checkout integration with MineStoreCMS.
## 1. What is PayNow Checkout?
**PayNow Checkout** ensures **Full Chargeback Protection**, safeguarding revenue by managing disputes and eliminating fraud risks, while delivering **Global Tax Compliance** with seamless tax handling and reporting worldwide.
This collaboration was established to provide **MineStoreCMS** (starts with **v3.5**) users with a seamless payment experience, enabling them to accept payments from customers worldwide. With **PayNow Checkout**, you can easily manage your transactions, subscriptions, and customer plans while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
**Note**: **PayNow Checkout** is a third-party payment processor. **MineStoreCMS** does not handle any payments or store any sensitive information. All transactions are processed through **PayNow Checkout**, and you will need to create an account with them to use this feature.
## 2. How does PayNow Checkout work?
**PayNow Checkout** acts as your merchant of record, handling all chargebacks and disputes on your behalf. This means that you can focus on running your business while **PayNow** takes care of the payment processing and compliance aspects.
When a customer makes a purchase through your **MineStoreCMS** store, they will be redirected to the **PayNow Checkout** page to complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, the customer will be redirected back to your store, and the transaction will be recorded in your **MineStoreCMS** dashboard.
## 3. What are the fees associated with PayNow Checkout?
**PayNow Checkout** charges a **3.99%** platform fee, plus payment gateway processing fees. There are no monthly or setup fees associated with using **PayNow Checkout**.

## 4. Do I need to verify my identity to use PayNow Checkout?
Yes, **PayNow Checkout** requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure compliance with local regulations. You will need to provide some personal information and documentation to verify your identity before you can start using the service.
## 5. How do I set up PayNow Checkout with MineStoreCMS?

## 6. What payment methods are supported by PayNow Checkout?

## 8. Where the money goes?
**PayNow Checkout** acts as your merchant of record, meaning that all payments are processed through their platform. The money from your sales will be deposited into your **PayNow Wallet** account, and you can withdraw it to your bank account or use it for other transactions within the **PayNow** ecosystem.
## 9. How do I withdraw money from my PayNow Wallet?
To withdraw money from your **PayNow Wallet**, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your **PayNow** account.
2. Go to the **Wallet** section.
3. Click on the **Withdraw** button.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select your bank account.
5. Confirm the withdrawal request.
6. The funds will be transferred to your bank account within a few business days.
## 10. What should I do if I encounter issues with PayNow Checkout?

## 12. Why currency is not compatible with PayNow Checkout?
**PayNow Checkout** supports only `USD`, `EUR`, and `GBP` currencies due specific reasons. One of these currencies must be your **MineStoreCMS Primary Currency**.
If you want to change your **MineStoreCMS Primary Currency**, follow next steps:
1. Go to the **Settings** page in your **MineStoreCMS** dashboard.
2. Select the **"Currency Management"** tab.
3. Choose the desired currency from the dropdown list.
4. Click on the **"Save Changes"** button.
5. Your **MineStoreCMS Primary Currency** will be updated to the selected currency.
Keep in mind that you will need to update your **package prices and any other currency-related settings** in your store to reflect the new primary currency.
## 13. Features disabled with PayNow Checkout
**PayNow Checkout** does not support the following features:
* **Flexible Subscription Payment Type**: You cannot set up flexible subscription payment types with **PayNow Checkout**, as we do originally, letting people purchase packages as regular payment (single billing cycle) or subscription (recurring billing).
* **Other Payment Methods**: You cannot enable other payment methods if you are using **PayNow Checkout**. You can only use **PayNow Checkout** as a payment method nor other payment methods. Because of legal reasons, you cannot use **PayNow Checkout** with other payment methods.
