Banlist

Banlist is a feature that allows you to ban a customer from your store. You can ban a customer by username or IP address.

How to Ban a Customer

1. Go to Customers > Banlist.
2. Click Ban a New User.
3. Enter the username or IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) of the customer you want to ban.
4. Enter the reason for banning the customer (optional).
5. Click Ban User.

How to Remove a Customer from Banlist

1. Go to Customers > Banlist.
2. Find the customer you want to unban.
3. Click Delete Icon.
