Introduction

The Email Settings section allows you to configure your SMTP settings to send emails to your customers about purchases or gift cards. You can customize the SMTP settings to use your email service provider’s SMTP server to send emails from your webstore.

We are not providing email services. You need to have an email service provider to use the SMTP settings.

How to reach SMTP Settings?

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Email Settings sub-tab.

SMTP Settings Overview

  1. SMTP Hostname: Enter the SMTP server address provided by your email service provider.
  2. SMTP Port: Specify the port number for the SMTP server (e.g., 587).
  3. SMTP User: Enter the username for your email account.
  4. From Address: Set the email address from which emails will be sent.
  5. SMTP Password: Set the password for your email account.

You can test the SMTP settings by pressing the “Test SMTP Settings” button or by making Manual Payment to check if the email is sent successfully.

How to edit Email Templates?

  1. Open SFTP or FTP client and connect to your server.
  2. Navigate to the /var/www/minestore/resources/views/emails/ directory.
  3. Edit the email template files to customize the email content.
